Leslie Campbell has been serving on the JCSMTS Committee of Management for over a decade. Superintendent in the Department of Correctional Services and a member of the American Correctional Association and the Caribbean Association of Corrections. He also finds time for service in the Kiwanis Club as well as enjoying dominoes and volleyball.
