Fred Manderson has been serving on the JCSMTS Committee of Management since 2009. He is an auditor by profession and a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors. Now retired from the Auditor General’s Department, he does community service work through the Lions Club of Mona and enjoys playing football in his spare time.
