Lelieth Barrett Hamilton has been serving on the JCSMTS Committee of Management since 2010. A retired Civil Servant with over 40 years of service. She is a member of the Optimist Club of Kingston and serves on the Board of the Jamaica Society of the Blind. Her hobbies include gardening, cooking, and health and fitness.
