We Celebrate 84 Years

Alongside the struggles of Jamaican workers in the 1930s, one-hundredand-fifty-six inspired public sector employees in 1939 took the bold and unprecedented step to establish The Jamaica Civil Service Mutual Thrift Society Limited (JCSMTS) to serve the thrift and responsible borrowing needs of public sector employees and government pensioners. Today, we honour our founding fathers and celebrate 84 years of glorious heritage and service to our Members.

The JCSMTS is proud of its solid, unbroken years of outstanding service to public sector employees and government pensioners and for providing Members with a dividend on their shares, every year through thick and thin, over all these past 84 years.

We commit to continue to deliver to our Members and to remain faithful and true to our purpose and mission in serving the financial needs of our Members.
