This 82nd Founder’s Day is an occasion for the Jamaica Civil Service Mutual Thrift Society Limited to stand proudly as a landmark for being one of the leading financial institutions for public sector workers in Jamaica.

The Society was established by visionaries out of a need to promote financial opportunities for public sector workers who horrendously suffered economic decline, as a result of the upheaval in the 1930s, which constituted an exceptionally poignant and defining period in the history of Jamaica.
